How does shipping work?

Your delivery cost is calculated based on your order and delivery destination. You’ll see your shipping price in our checkout.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. However, we also operate a U.S. warehouse to ensure better deliveries within U.S.

We’d love to bring fluffy comfort to every corner of the world, but we currently ship to a select number of countries - listed below.

Delivery to the U.S.

  • Delivery carrier - UPS Home delivery.
  • Customs fees - Delivered duties paid (DDP).
    *US exceptions - If your order contains only one/or more of the following products (Nufferton loungewear/Nufferton bed linen/Artwork), customs fees will apply (DDU) as they are sent from Sweden. Please note that applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the total price and will be calculated and charged upon delivery of your order.
  • Delivery time - We deliver within a few working days (provided your product is in stock).
    East coast - approx. 3-7 business days.
    California - approx. 5-8 business days.
  • Delivery - The parcel will be delivered to your door. Provided that the carrier can access the property. You will be informed by email when your delivery has been booked. The carrier will then inform you when the parcel is about to be delivered.
  • Warehouse location - Megafluff/Midifluff/Fluffy Pillow/Bedding will be sent from the US (ProX warehouse, Rhode Island). Nufferton loungewear/Nufferton bed linen/Artwork will be sent from our warehouse in Sweden.

Delivery to Canada

  • Delivery carrier - UPS Home delivery.
  • Customs fees - Delivered duties upaid (DDU). Please note that applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the total price and will be calculated and charged upon delivery of your order.
  • Delivery time - We deliver within approx. 5 business days (provided your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - The parcel will be delivered to your door. Provided that the carrier can access the property. You will be informed by email when your delivery has been booked. The carrier will then inform you when the parcel is about to be delivered.
  • Warehouse location - Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. At this time, we do not have a reseller or distribution hub in Canada, which means we are unable to reduce delivery costs for Canadian orders.

Delivery to the UK

  • Delivery carrier- UPS Home delivery.
  • Customs fees - Delivered duties paid (DDP).
  • Delivery time - We deliver within approx. 5-10 business days (provided your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - The parcel will be delivered to your door. Provided that the carrier can access the property. You will be informed by email when your delivery has been booked. The carrier will then inform you when the parcel is about to be delivered.
  • Warehouse location - The goods will be sent from our warehouse in Sweden.

Delivery to the EU

  • Delivery carrier - UPS Home delivery.
  • Delivery time - We deliver within approx. 5-10 business days (provided your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - The parcel will be delivered to your door. Provided that the carrier can access the property. You will be informed by email when your delivery has been booked. The carrier will then inform you when the parcel is about to be delivered.
  • Parcel location - The goods will be sent from our warehouse in Sweden.

More Eco-Friendly Customer Deliveries

We offset carbon emissions from customer deliveries through the Boreal Mix project, which works to preserve forests with high ecological value and promote biodiversity. This strengthens our climate defense, supports biodiversity, and creates a sustainable future for generations to come. The forests are protected by offering landowners financial incentives to refrain from logging, while long-term legal agreements ensure no logging occurs within the agreed period. In 2023, Sweef/Happy Fluffy Cloud offset 50 tons of carbon dioxide.
